The customer service was excellent throughout our visits to the marina, the staff were very friendly and attentive to make sure everything was explained and met our needs The boat was clean and presented in a very nice way, up to ABC’s normal high standards

One of the showers had a leak, but not too much of an inconvenience. Hairdryer seemed to trip the inverter, again not too much of an inconvenience.

Good app lots of information. Good handover from house keeping and technical. Looked after well on return by refuelling crew and mooring up.

We thought the boat and service from ABC was excellent. We were however very disappointed by the canal traffic /endless houseboats, which made passing other moving boats very difficult. It was also very difficult to moor at the places we wanted to stop at .

Boat had no heating toilet door didn’t lock radio didn’t work We had a little rain so to have heating would have been good.
