Cleanliness of boat poor, poor maintenance of boat, not assisted out of marina, no answer when trying to contact marina during our holiday even when leaving a message on answerphone.

Easy check in, lots of advice and helpful staff. Did what it says on the tin and more. Only bug bear is charging £7.99 for a flimsy paper map...this should be free given the cost of the hire.

Super efficient booking service, seamless checking in and safety review. We arrive slightly early to find our Canal boat was ready for us. We have travelled via Gayton Marina previously and would highly recommend anyone wishing to try a barge for the first time to speak to the team. We will definitely be revisiting and travelling by Gator Marina in the future.
