Boat could have been a bit cleaner, lots of cobwebs. Some lights not working properly and a bed collapsed.

We had a wonderful holiday made all the better by the helpfulness of EVERY member of staff. Not only was our boat ready and waiting, clean and tidy, the advice given about where to go, places to visit and eat was very welcome The support of staff at all locks and bridges. Waa second to none and the Falkirk Basin staff polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you one Nd all.

Sooty Swift is a very modern narrowboat. Beautifully appointed and well equipped. Very clean indeed. The heating system (only needed once) operated at the touch of a switch & very efficient. The staff are very professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended and will definitely book again
