They were very helpful and supportive, the boat was OK, the training was adequate, I enjoyed the experience, I think men would prefer experience.

Service and support from the Gailey staff was excellent. Boat was clean and well presented. Briefing was excellent. Only issue was a noisy engine.

Boat was very good and well presented. Engine noise was not conducive with relaxing cruising. Sound insulation would be a very economic solution.

We had an excellent boat with plenty of room for four people. It had all the equipment we would have wanted and was an excellent choice of boat because of the layout with dining area and kitchen at the rear so that we were all close to each other.

I loved the experience of being on the canal and living on a boat, it's not for everyone, but I would recommend it. I am seriously considering a life on the canal.

We managed to go around the black country ring from Alvechurch, although we needed a long day, the day after we collected the boat, to get through Birmingham and Wolverhampton. After that, it was fairly relaxed and we had a lot of fun.

The boat was excellent, the canals, locks, rivers, and waterways were truly breathtaking! Loved every bit of it.

My daughter and I spent a week on the Rustic Bunting out of Aldermaston Wharf, and it was one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had! From the check out process (Henry was excellent) to the time spent both on and off the water, the vacation was nearly perfect in every way. I am already thinking about the next one!

Well presented, modern and comfortable boat with everything you'd need. (Though with limited hot water.) The route from Wrenbury to Llangollen was stunning, but taking a 69' craft beyond Trevor was a challenge. Everything else was perfect.

Very friendly staff, offering helpful advice and reassuring encouragement. Simple booking, and clear communications. Easy return at the end of the trip too.. Excellent service, would recommend.

Well kitted out boat, with excellent instruction. Great route with lots of interest; tunnels, locks, acquaducts and a lift bridge but quite manageable. Beautiful countryside and lots of lovely people met along the way.
