This was our second holiday with ABC. Beautifully presented boat (upon collection) with everything you could need onboard. Would definitely book with them again.

From booking, through collection to helping when we were on the canal, very helpful staff. Our original booking was changed at the last minute due to the canals being unsafe due to the amount of water/rain we had experienced. An alternative route and boat was offered at no extra cost. Excellent service š

From the start we had very good service from the staff at the boatyard. Speedy check in, recognition that we were experienced boaters and help loading the boat. The person handling handover was experienced, professional and very personable. The boat was splendid, perhaps the best I've been on - modern, clean and with some new features. It seemed less than a season old. Apart from a little unpleasant weather the journey to and from Lapworth was fine, easy cruising without too many slow-downs past moored boats. The only mishap (a water isolation valve) was sorted by phonecall in minutes. And handover was equally speedy. So thanks again to ABC for a very enoyable trip.

So very friendly, from reception to hand over and return. We were recognized as āold handsā, and handover was a pleasure, not a chore! They went out of their way to find me a rain jacket that fit after I said my rain gear was left in the States by mistake. Receptionist also went out of her way to check on the Wolverhampton flight status for us prior to setting out. I also must mention that the WiFi connection was greatā¦no problems, and so very easy for us to stay in touch with our family and friends stateside.
