Unfortunately, due to the low water level, the sailing routes were limited, but despite that, we sailed for a good number of hours every day and saw an incredible amount. We had many experiences, including a tree in the water that made us lay still for a few hours. A broken lock also made us stop for a while, and the people from Canal and Rivertrust were working hard to solve the problem. So many friendly people everywhere. And then there's the adventure of operating the locks and bridges yourself! Our 13-year-old son had a fantastic time and wants to come back again, just like us!

The boat was ready for us, clean and well maintained. The boatyard staff were friendly and helpful and responded promptly to minor issues during our cruise. My only gripe is the very early return time which caused "panic packing", causing us to forget completely to clear the fridge.

The marina staff were really friendly and efficient. They were so helpful when we had a problem. The only slight criticism I have is that the fittings on the boat were a bit tired.

The boat was lovely and clean, but the battery was faulty causing us to keep putting the engine on and the sink was falling off in the bathroom. Meaning if you lent on the front the wholof the back tilted forward as it had lost its seal.

ABC Boat hire provided a good service. Boat was lovely, clean and had everything we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Are only criticism would be the lack of information or an email to let us know about the low water levels and the closure of most of the locks prior to are arrival as this would have allowed us to re plan our route. Loved the Snow Partridge. Clean and had everything we wanted on board. ABC Boat hire provided a good service. Boat was lovely, clean and had everything we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
