Kennet and Avon Canal Boat Hire

An ideal base for exploring the western end of the Kennet & Avon canal, Hilperton Marina has narrowboats in all sizes. From 47ft for a group of 2/4, up to our largest boat, the 70ft 12-berth Swan class. Visit Bath and Bristol or cruise east to Devizes and beyond.

First, choose your boat. Cruiser or semi-traditional stern? Galley at the stern or the bow? There’s a great variety to choose from. Once you have decided, your canal route options are varied - you can head west to Bath and perhaps then onto Bristol with its floating harbour. If you head east you can tackle the spectacular 29 locks of the Caen Hill flight, before stopping for a rest at the lovely market town of Devizes.
