ABC made this unforgettable experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, the walkthrough of the boat was very informative, and the turnover team extremely helpful as we began our first narrowboat journey.

Excellent and friendly service, clear instructions and moral support! Only small things, radio didn't work too well, no signal and no Bluetooth as expected. An extra tea-towel would have been useful.

This was our 3rd time using ABC boat hire from Alvechurch marina. Excellent service as always & very knowledgeable & helpful. Would always recommend for anyone wanting a boating holiday. They cater for everyone & have everything on board you could possibly need.

This is the first complaint we have received regarding Green Sandpiper in 2026, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Regarding the electricity, all of our boats are fitted with standard UK three-pin sockets. The mattresses in the beds are not from this century and there are poor opportunities to charge your mobile phone if you don't have electrical connections to English electricity. The interior generally looks worn.
