Cleanliness needs looking at . Dog hair all over and smelt of dog. Had to clean the floors with dustpan and brush to get most of it up. The boat slept 5 but only had 4 mugs. Not told about the board for mooring if we needed to use it or the poles if we got stuck.

Always been on ABC boat hire, but must admit this time a bit disappointed with the boat. There must have been a dog on before us as there was lots of dog hair all through the boat and smelt of dog. I have nothing against dogs but it shouldn't have been so obvious one had been on the boat. A good job none of us were allergic to dogs. There were 3 of us on the boat that slept 5 and only 4 mugs. The boat seemed a bit sluggish to respond but that could have been reaction to the shallowness of the canal.

Lovely trip, we did the Four Counties ring! Only downside is that the Warbler we had this time, which I believe is the newer version, isn’t as good as the table is lower in the lounge which means you can’t see out of the side windows when sitting! Also a lot of storage space which is much needed has been removed to make space for larger showers!

The ABC staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, the boat was very clean and tidy and the route we chose on the Llangollen canal was was very scenic and beatiful

Easy to get to marina, ideal if this was first canal holiday or like us with a range of elderly and very young on board as not too many locks (going towards Bath) Easy to pace over Mon -Fri break plenty of time

The responded well when we accidently shut off the hot water pump. Diagnosed with a phone call. They held a package from Amazon for us with no problems.

We just had a fabulous weekend, great handover and tuition, smooth and quick and off you go. The boat was equipped with everything you would need too. Highly recommend this company. Cant wait to do it all over again.
