Gailey boatyard competent, courteous and conscientious. Pacific Gull is fitted out to a high standard and beautifully prepared by the technicians and housekeepers.. ABC offer very good value and highly recommended.

Brilliant 🤩 the service was amazing from arrival to departure and the boat was great. We spent all day on it and it has everything you need on board for a nice packed lunch - including three tables! Thanks for a great experience ABC ☺️

The people at Worcester Marina where very nice, and there imsructions concerning our narrowboat where also very clear.

The boat was very new with much improvements, but I felt that the preparation area in the kitchen had been reduced due to the large 3 gas hob that took up more space than if a more compact version was used.

This is the 5th time we have used ABC for a narrowboat hire. Although we had a wash out of a holiday. The arrival was very welcoming and as we had done this before they only showed us the stuff that was needed for safety reasons. When the river was flooded they called to make sure we were OK and they sent an engineer promptly to help with the fenders on the boat. The service was very good at hand back too, all very efficient.

The boat was modern, well equipped and in a very clean condition. We traveled the black country ring, which offers a nice mix of rural canals in a beautiful landscape and more industrial or urban stretches around Birmingham.
