Boat was excellent. Configuration and design was great. We spent a lot time comparing out boat to others and our boat was so much better. You can see the improvements in the design and decor. Very happy.

Reliable, helpful, friendly service, once again. This was our 12th holiday in 10 years with ABC. We have used 9 different hire bases over this time, and have had the same high standard of service at each one. We have always found the boats clean and well prepared, and the one time when there was a minor issue during the holiday, this was arranged and dealt with by another ABC base further on our route. As with all hire fleets; sometimes it's a new boat, other times it's a bit work worn, but always found to be clean and well maintained.

It was so good that the canal staff were there to assist through the locks. I felt a lot safer . The staff at the base were so helpful, assisted with trolleys .
