In terms of planning, there was a good selection of boats available, including in our case one ideal for a couple (49ft) and with different bed configurations as an option (Carolina Wren). The boat's decor and interior was modern, light and in good condition with a good inventory of everything you would need for a 1 week cruise. Contact with the company was friendly and professional both online and in person at the office. Handover was tuned nicely to the hirer's experience ('reasonably experienced' in our case). We had a very enjoyable week and would not hesitate to use ABC/Fox again.

We did the Stourport ring anticlockwise, we’ve done it before so was less challenging than previous times but is a wonderful challenge going up Tardebigge.

Very helpful friendly and experienced boat hire company. We had some challenges with some expected and unexpected stoppages and had good advice to assist us with our progress. Lovely clean and reliable well equipped vessel, ready prepped for us to get going straight away, and secure parking for our vehicle.

An excellent holiday as usual. The boatyard staff at Aldermaston Wharfe are a credit. The boat was a bit dated but most things worked. Great trip to Bath and back.

The canal was peaceful, picturesque and powerful! The ride through the Falkirk wheel was very cool and a pure delight. I have waited years to take this trip and it was even more than I'd anticipated. It could not have been better.

The boat trip on the canal was amazing. I recommend it to anyone even thinking about it! The rental, via email, was smooth; the pickup was easy and quick, the transfer onto the boat was fast. The whole experience made me giddy!

The Staffs and Worcester is a very pretty canal with plenty of small settlements to provide services. Stourport-On-Severn basin is very picturesque.
