Amazing week, travelled from hilperton marina along to Bath then Bristol, returned to Bath and back on the kennet and avon canal. Perfect week long journey with stays in both city centres and countryside.

Excellent service. Great training give. Boat is clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The scenery is green and tranquil. Victorian engineering is mindblowing. We even saw a few birds!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The boat was beautiful: a delight to be in. The canal was relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. The only pity was that our teenage grandchildren didn't have company - the boatyard said this was because families couldn't afford it this year!

We were extremely satisfied with the service from booking to departure. The team was responsive throughout the entire process and always quick to answer questions. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome, and the staff were helpful in handling and storing our luggage. They were always nearby whenever assistance was needed, which gave us great peace of mind. The boat handover was excellent, with a thorough and professional explanation of the boat, safety procedures, and operating rules. Overall, the customer service exceeded our expectations and played a big part in making our trip enjoyable and stress-free.
