Such an easy transfer to and from the boat. Friendly helpful staff. Boat fully equipped and manual detailed and easy to follow. Thanks also to CRT volunteers at Bath locks that made it more simple for our two person crew and dog!

The barge was good. Everything was very clean. Some storage was awkward to access so not for everyday use (under a mattress). The hose for water filling had a worn connection so sprayed water over you if you weren’t pushing it together, this took very firm force. I saw some better systems in use by other boaters!

The boat was clean and well presented. Everything we needed for our three night trip towels washing up liquid dish clothes etc all provided. This was our 10th trip on a Swan class boat with ABC boat hire so handover was very quick.
