The boat was really clean and tidy and almost everything worked properly and well. The on-board documentation was clear and helpful. Our only issue was the TV picture, which was very poor quality when being used to play a DVD, and this was a very minor problem which didn't interfere with our enjoyment.

Fully recommend ABC. The information on their website and provided literature prepared us well for or adventure. Emailed questions were dealt with very quickly. The narrowboat presented perfectly clean and prepared. All staff were very friendly and our hand-over trainer Dave was thorough with a great sense of humour. Our first time on a narrow boat and everyone made us prepared and comfortable within our abilities. Thank you guys you were really fantastic and made our week enjoyable.

Booking the holiday was easy. Explanations during handover were thorough. Wren is a lovely sized boat for 2 people. It was clean and warm. The engine ran well. The downside was that neither the gas oven or grill worked, only the gas hob. And although there was a vacuum cleaner there wasn't any attachments.
