The Llangollen Canal passes through some of the most consistently beautiful territory I have seen. We enjoyed visiting with walkers along the tow path and exchanging greetings with other boaters. We experienced courtesy at every turn.

ABC's telephone staff was helpful in both my calls as I strove to learn what boats were available where and then as I booked our trip. I had a couple of questions later, which were timely answered by email. When we were delayed by vehicle traffic in picking up our boat, I emailed our situation, it was relayed to the marina and our getting the boat went without a hitch. The staff at the marina was welcoming, and David interacted well with us as he oriented us to White's Thrush. He was a delight to work with.

We were welcomed in a friendly way and promptly and had everything explained to us, including how to operate the boat and its equipment. The boat was very clean and new with improvements over the last one we had hired. They communicated well and clearly about any problems that occurred.
