Toilet flush motor was broken so did not flush properly which was the only problem, but a nuisance. Great trip otherwise.

The boat was clean and had everything you would expect. Friendly staff. Shocked at the extra fuel cost and how much a litre it was charged at. The Beds were horrendous, hard and a roll together. Couldn’t bare the last night on board so came back early. Would take a topper or something to make them bearable.

Every contact we had with ABC was very professional and helpful. They even allowed us to change the date of our booking about a week after we had booked it! They were so helpful.

The boat was clean, in good condition and well equipped. It was also ready a little early, all the staff were very friendly, and the handover was excellent!

The boat was so well equipped, everything was spotless and working well. The only issue was the WiFi which was very unreliable and required multiple sign-ins due to the "voucher expiring". It seemed linked to mobile phone reception so when this was poor, so was the WiFi.

Can't fault the boat and service. Had an excellent trip along the Shropshire Union canal, peaceful and relaxing, lovely pubs for a few dinners and drinks in the evening, well equipped boat for breakfast and lunch, and dinners when moored far from pubs. :)

Gaytin Marina was excellent. Our boat was clean and almost all as it should be. Out main gripe is the WiFi. Who in this day and age has WiFi limited to 350mb over a fortnight? If a phone or laptop grabs an update, then it is used in hours. Unlimited data so cheap these days and would increase the cost of the holiday by a handful of pounds. We complained re this last year and were told our feedback has been taken on board but nothing has changed
