Great experience overall with the boat, customer service, etc. The one ongoing frustration we had was the Wifi. We had to repeatedly call to get a new code.

Fantastic suggested routes on the website gave us an excellent week long tour around the Black country ring with perfect mooring destinations at the end of each day. Tuition from staff at the boat yard on how to operate locks, daily boat checks and operating the boat plus accompanying us for the 1st mile of our adventure to give us advice and confidence on handling the boat exceeded our expectations and made us feel that the staff genuinely cared about our holiday experience.

We arrived two hours because both lanes of M6 closed but staff were very understanding and on journey stayed open to allow us to empty toilets. Had hoped tomeet t brother in Chester

The boat was ready for us an hour early and we got away from the marina on time to complete our passage to Llangollen and return in 4 days.

The hand-over briefing was rushed and should be more detailed for older inexperienced boaters. Information on reversing techniques would have been helpful. Provision of detailed maps showing water points, dump points, mooring locations and manned locks should be provided. It should have been explained that with only two people on board, sailing from Worcester to Stratford-Upon-Avon and return in 7 days would require constant sailing every day with no time for exploring villages along the way. This would be the case with inexperienced people operating the locks.
