When we had a problem with an electrically operated swing bridge which wouldn't open, I rang the emergency number and got a message service. The person did ring back about 20 mins later but said he would pass the problem on to the CRT and ring me the next morning. Next morning we discovered the problem - someone must have pressed the emergency stop and not reset it- so we reset the mechanism and continued our journey. I rang the marina and told them we had fixed the problem.I think that the emergency response was poor and we could have been told about the reset problem.

The presentation and handover at the marina was very good. The boat was in good order and on the face of it was well maintained and clean. What let it down was when we checked under our bed for storage space we found somebody previously had left dirty clothing together with a bag concealed underneath. One would have expected this to have been removed before we took the boat over.
