Great experience, friendly staff good barges no complaints. A point of note, its a shame that the boats have to be back so early, whilst I appreciate that you have to turn them around for other people to leave it would have been nicer if we could have come back for bout 10 -10.30?

The boat was quite dated and the partition doors between bedrooms wouldn’t stay shut. Bad experience when we called the Help Line number for assistance when duvet got wrapped around prop. We were stuck for 80 mins. We called the help line but were declined assistance. I did inform the receptionist at Anderton on return

Thank you for your feedback. Anderton Marina have confirmed that you contacted them about the duvet wrapped around your propeller and they explained to you it is the customers responsibility to attempt to clear any debris. Theyasked you to call back if you were unable to resolve the problem and as they didn't hear from you they assumed that you had managed on your own. Customers can contact the Marina either during office hours or the call out engineer after hours and if a technical issue cannot be resolved over the phone an engineer will be sent out to help. We hope you enjoyed your holiday and we hope to see you again soon.

television and radio not working.said they would come out but inconvenient as we like mooring in the wilds. on return to base found that a plug and a fuse were not in place so had not been checked before handing over to us,.Ray said that he had told Lee that this might be the problem and he was supposed to tel. us but did not.Faulty knob on cooker so we could not ignite it but i managed by keep swapping grill knob for cooker knob and so on obviously not checked before handover. Doormats missing fortunately we had our own. Pack of cards in the inventory not there ,would have been nice to have as no tv or radio for whole week, once again lack of checking.Inventory needs checked as certain things not in place that should be.Boat felt rather tired and not in as good condition as those from other firms that we have hired.

As usual, everything was absolutely fine and very professional. The boat was clean and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Also because we have used ABC many times, they took that into account and the boat handover was very quickly done. Which I very much appreciated.
