The boat was well equipped but the beds were a little small and uncomfortable and everything stuck to the frying pan. Otherwise it was great. The kitchen pack was very good. The beds were already for us and even at the end we had very little cleaning etc. to do on the boat.

The only issue was the maintenance of the canal itself - the CRT need to consider a more proactive dredging strategy.

Easy to navigate website, with all T&C clear. Very responsive customer service: they answered several queries about access to the boat and provided pictures and specs on request. Parking was ample, secure and adjacent to the moorings. The boat itself was clean and ran faultlessly. Returning the craft was a simple process.

We had a brilliant time! The biggest perk for us is that they’re dog friendly which is a must. Very clean on arrival with a very informative handover. Such a unique and amazing experience. So many great memories made!

We thought the boat was well designed in almost every way. There are only so many ways you can fit things into 69 by 6:10 but their way just seemed better. No one does a gauge for the water tank, maybe they could?!
