Our experience of hiring a narrow boat from ABC was very straightforward. It was our first time in a narrow boat and the ABC Team at Alvechurch made the whole experience very relaxed and uncomplicated. The team couldn't do enough to help prepare us for our trip. Likewise, handing the boat back after our adventure was very clear and simple. Thank you very much!

This was a vacaton different from any other we have experienced. In addition to enjoying the scenery and the stops along the way, we met wonderful people, shared great conversation and random dinners with other travelers, and it fortified our commitment to teamwork as a couple and in working with others in navigating the canal and working the locks. We would do it again.

Great customer service and friendly staff. The boat was well equipped and before we set off the staff made sure we were comfortable with the boat because it was our first time. They were also kind enough to assist me with locating an item I inadvertently left behind.

We had a very enjoiable trip, despite the two rainy days we had. The rout we traveled was bautiful. The scenery was amaizing and the people we met on the way were frindly and helpful.

The purchase procces was convinient. The boat was handed over clean, in good condition and well maintened. The handover process was efficiant and the marina team were kind and helpful. The returne process was just as good. We will recommend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The boat was very clean and well equipped Only small criticisms were the silly shelf over your head in the bed was too low so made it trickier to sit up in bed. The duvet was a big lightweight and the ceiling lights would have been better as led as the ones used were very hot!
