A nice boat at a good (discounted) price. The staff at Gailey bwere welcoming and helpful in every way, and went to great trouble to see that we were well on our way as soon as possible.

Warm welcome. Boat was ready and all explanations were clear and helpful. We would recommend ABC at Whitchurch to friends and would be happy to use them again. Boat had all we needed though a warmer weight duvet would have been more than welcome on the colder nights.

A good week for cruising (from Gailey to Stourport, and return) and also with the September weather which, although forecast to be none too good, actually turned out to be quite sunny ! No problems with the boat - everything worked perfectly (apart from patchy TV reception) and with up to 6 people, it was so good top have two bathrooms. This is our fourth of fifth time with ABC, and we're already planning next year !

Efficient boat yard. Boat ready when we arrived and they quickly resolved our only problem. Returned Thursday afternoon to avoid the Friday rush and checkout straight forward.

I have booked with ABC three times and I could not recommend them more highly. Friendly, well informed staff who always engage with you. This time, the temporary closure of locks which meant we could not complete our Cheshire Ring and get the boat back to Anderton on time. Sensible, calm conversations about how to deal with quite complex logistics. Particular shout out to Martin for his management of the situation which meant we enjoyed our holiday to the max even when it went ‘off plan’. And the boat was comfortable and well equipped.

Very enjoyable break. Bottom end of the canal from Goytre oing North certainly needs dredging. Noticeable difference in two years since our last visit

Our 2nd visit to Goytre and the Mon-Brec. The layout of the Finch, galley in the stern, is the best so far for us. Boat was clean and everything worked. The batteries held up well overnight and we didn't go to Brecon this time, so our engine running time was less. We spent more time enjoying the local villages and towns.
