Friendly welcoming staff on arrival Staff who were knowledgeable and explained the boat workings both for housekeeping and technical at handover. As this was a replacement boat due to a canal stoppage this was handled by the team very professionally and quickly and did not impact our get away

Nice electric boat, and therefore very quiet. I have never been so close to a kingfisher when on a diesel boat. Not sure if I would hire electric for a week or two, not enough charging points.

All staff were really helpful from the time I booked, including helping me as a first timer decide the best route for our holiday. Our engineer was also great in helping us understand the boat and its operation
