The Fox family who ran the site at March couldn't have been more helpful. They even lent us a lead for our dog which we left at home!

Boat was well equipped. It would be nice if walkie-talkies are offered as a service ( free of charge or with a fee). The double bed had a little "hole" in the middle so we always ended up in the middle of the bed. It is unpractical when you have to register for wifi use every time you use it

Our boat, although not the most modern hireboat on the canal, had everything we needed and was working without any problems. The Freckled Duck was the perfect size for two couples. The occasional smell from the toilet holding tank under the bed had us concerned about the capacity of the tank, but it lasted for 2 weeks of normal usage without having to pump out. We all had a great time on the canal and we would hire the same boat again.

Everybody at the Gailey Marina was very helpful and took their time to make sure we'll have a great holiday. Their tips and tricks helped us to finalize our route and mooring options. Everything on the boat was explained and demonstrated to us very well. Moving in and setting of was quick and easy. Booking, payment and paperwork was really easy.

Excellently prepared and presented boat (Savi's Warbler), great handover and tuition, with just the right level of information. Quick and effective response to a minor issue during the hire. Amazing experience discovering Staffordshire and Shropshire from a whole new perspective - would highly recommend to all!
