Lets not comment or focus on the weather (which was absolutely horrendous by the way), but many thanks to the team at ABC Boat hire for their assistance and guidance with the hiring of the barge. The barge (Scotch Mist) was great, had all the conveniences we needed and was the right size for our party (x4 adults and x2 children).

We would definitely recommend ABC boat hire again. The service was excellent. We were away for 7 days and during that time we had two requests which were responded to immediately and caused no delays.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The ABC team were on hand to guide us through out first narrow boat holiday and show us how to navigate the boat, thank you gents! The boat was prepared by Karen and was spotless, thank you! Cleaning supplies were provided, very handy to have a hoover and mop, especially when it rains. Our little people (age 15, 9 and 5) absolutely loved the holiday and cant wait to go again. Can't fault ABC's service.

Excellent. Customer service is spot on. The narrow boat we hired was spotless. Questions/queries were dealt with. We really cannot fault ABC at all. It is rare to receive such top service these days. Thank you ABC.
