Went to Ellesmere Port visiting Chester Zoo and the Waterways Museum. Weather was good and we were able to fund a pub each night!

Faultless, in a word, and that goes for the boat as well. This was our first in a narrow boat, and we were delighted with the equipment and finish of our boat. The hand over was good and I was able to leave the marina reasonably confident. The boat handeled really well, and slow cruising speed was just what was needed. The fly in the ointment was the heat wave we experienced that week, which was far from ideal in a narrow boat. Not enough room for four of us to sit outside, which was a necessity in those temperatures.

As usual abc service excellent, great boat, ready on time and team at Wrenbury Mill fabulous. The only point was that the oven on the boat was not working due to glass not being relocated following prior cleaning. We found this on the last day and whilst somewhat distressed our galley slave we managed by doing all cooking via the microwave. Fabulous holiday, would recommend abc anytime.

Pre-trip communication was very helpful in planning our journey, particularly with scheduling locks and bridge openings. The boat was ready on time and we had a thorough orientation before setting out. When plumbing problems arose a few days later, Alan and Gordon arrived to sort out the issues without us having to delay our on-shore activities.

Boat ready on time and well prepared as usual. Team where there to receive us on completion of the cruise even though we were early. The information about route closures before the holiday were very helpful. This was our third holiday with ABC and we would use them again!
