The staff were amazing, the boat was perfectly appointed and well maintained. Everything about the hire was exceptional. Prior to arrival the staff reached out to confirm my details. The boat was ready to go when we arrived. Both check-in and return were quick. Thank you for an amazing holiday (even my teenagers enjoyed it)!

The boat was very clean and tidy. Very well stocked up with toiletries and spare towels, blankets etc.

Excellent service from booking the boat to returning the boat at the end. Helpful friendly staff the boat was clean and well equipped this was our first time on a narrow boat and the induction into how the boat works and the do's and don'ts was clear and concise. All in all we had a very enjoyable experience on the Brecon and Monmouth canal

absolutely excellent customer service at Goytre Wharf. The staff were so helpful and informative. The canal boat that we hired was well stocked, clean and tidy. Lots of toiletries available and a lovely welcome pack that was very useful.
