Our boat, Rock Wren was immaculately clean when we got aboard, she was ready earlier than advertised and all the staff were so helpful at Whitchurch Marina

The service was outstanding. This was the first time my husband and I travelled on a narrow boat and was certainly very happy we chose ABC Boat Hire. We chose to go to Chester and Ellesmere Port because we thought it would be a good trip - and we were not disappointed. We were also lucky with the weather. The boat was modern and generally good (some small niggles we have already reported to the marina).

Modern well-equipped boat. Helpful, friendly and cheerful staff. Very willing to help, for example, we had a problem with the alternator and the response was brilliant (top marks to Lynn and Roy from Wrenbury)

We were allocated a Brand New Canal boat - which we appreciated. The walk-in shower with Automatic pump was vast improvement. We had 2 wall mounted TV’s. All the fixtures and fittings were brand new and excellent quality. The boat yard location provided lots of choices or routes . The staff were helpful and friendly .

Helpful when making contact, would buy from them again and in fact have been on several boating holiday with them. The only issue I have had is last year the trip we planned we couldn't do because there had been a landslide in that area but no body told us till we got to the marina which I think was poor.

great trip and canal- got away promptly boat was ready when we reached the Marina. WE did have an issue - the guy told us we wouldn't need to top up our water supply- we ran out the last day- very disappointing
