Informative professional hand over for the boat. The whole experience was fantastic from the start to finish. The boat had everything we needed for our holiday. Really relaxing, with tranquil places to moor up in the evenings, would highly recommend ABC Boats.

Boat very good, but could do with more storage space. Toilets very efficient, but use a lot of water so that the holding tanks will barely last a week with normal usage.

Nice boat, well prepared. A fault developed shortly after we had left the base, but this was quickly attended to, and the delay was minimal. This was our third successive hire from ABC Boat hire.

I have been renting canal boats for about 50 years now and always enjoyed the experience. This last time we had a very new boat and it had a feature that takes time to understand. The power control was not the normal linear movement. I had D-detent that set a cruise speed of about 2 miles and hour ( less than walking pace). It was quite difficult to regulate the speed going into a lock or mooring. It was therefore necessary to move the drive into neutral and then back into drive. We got used to this in the end but I would have preferred the original design.
