Excellent service and explanations of how to do locks etc and came with us when we set off to make sure we were ok 😊 The boat had everything we needed. It really had manages to squeeze a quart into a pint pot! Great location and Lovely canal

Information shared with me the customer prior to arriving was excellent. As this was our first time. we were a little nervous as to what to expect but absolutely everyone at the Marina treated us so pleasantly and with good humour that we soon felt at ease. The boat was in tip top condition and the facilities were better than expected. We were given great advice and also bought a map which proved essential. Everyone in our party agreed that it was one of the best experiences we'd ever had and want to thank the staff at Hilperton for making it so. We will book again.

Friendly reception, meticulous handover, in depth and clearly explained as was the walk through of the boat. Trolleys provided to enable us to move our luggage safely and easily. The reception and external areas were tidy and well presented.

Some excellent features on the boat - magnets on external doors, skirting lighting on floor controlled by headlight switch, great when going through tunnels. Showers were excellent as was the rest of the bathroom. But this came at the expense of the amount of storage available, especially for the dinette area. The back cabin had a wardrobe but no shelf in it. It needs a shelf! The extendable beds are a good idea but restrict easy movement through the boat. Might be a good idea to have both single berth mattresses adjustable so they can be pushed back during the day. Flip up reading lights were brilliant. Roof rope was excellent length (sometimes they can be a little short - not useful) We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!

A well appointed boat with all the equipment we needed and helpful staff through booking, departure and at other marinas along the way. We were lacking a toaster and the next ABC marina just supplied one without any messing about.

Middle bathroom loo was not functioning very well but worked just ok. Had to be primed with shower occasionally. Could do with a couple more hooks on bedroom wall and a very small corner shely above 2nd single bed.
