Very attentive and helpful in responding to issues. Lovely boat too. Liked the layout with the stern bedroom and the bow sitting room. Well equipped. The lack of water level gauge was concerning as had no idea how long water would last and taps were not easily available.

The boat worked well. The Wi fi kept dropping out and re logging on was a pain. Then the password changed (we had to phone for advice) half way through the week and the for the last couple of days we were unable to connect at all. We were unable to tune in the radio or television which would have been useful for news and weather information. We were not told about the pump out card and so had to pay £20 fr a pump out.

The scenery was fantastic but it was quite slow going because there were many places where we grounded. There were not as many eating and drinking establishments as on other canals.

Fantastic holiday on night heron from Whitchurch marina. Boat was as expected, lovely and clean.. staff at the marina were lovely, handover spot on and holiday was off then to a good start. The guys at the marina are a credit to the company

I’m giving this a 4 which is still quite high because the canal was very weedy and we were removing debris from the propeller daily and sometimes 2 times a day

Excellent service and the canal boat was very clean and well stocked with everday items needed. I think it was Simon who got us on board and gave some very useful advice. Would use ABC again and also recommend them to friends as well. One small item - the kitchen bin - got in the way a lot. Would suggest an in cupboard bin on a closer would be well worth while.

Jag hyrde nyligen en kanalbåt och min upplevelse var fantastisk! För det första var kundservicen verkligen utmärkt, vilket gjorde processen att hyra båten väldigt smidig och lätt. När jag väl var ombord på båten var jag imponerad av hur ren och väl underhållen den var - det fanns inte en enda fläck eller hårstrå i sikte! Att navigera båten var relativt enkelt, och det fanns gott om utrymme för mig och mina vänner att slappna av och njuta av utsikten. Vi hade också tillgång till ett välutrustat kök ombord, vilket gjorde det möjligt för oss att tillaga utsökt mat medan vi kryssade langsamt längs kanalen. Sammanfattningsvis var detta en fantastisk upplevelse och jag skulle definitivt rekommendera att hyra en kanalbåt till alla som letar efter ett avkopplande sätt att utforska naturen. Kundservicen och båten var båda utmärkta, och själva resan var verkligen minnesvärd!
