We did the Cheshire ring over 2 weeks. Very scenic journey but trip N of Manchester is hard work. Restrictions at Marple meant an unscheduled stop for 36 hours

We have never been on a narrow boat holiday before so didn't know what to expect. It was absolutely one of the most enjoyable holidays we have had. Relaxing, fun, healthy, great advice from other boaters and quality time spent with friends. Our only issue was that internet access was lost on day 5 out of 7, when we tried to login we got a message that our ticket had expired. But to be honest we were relaxing and away from it all so this wasn't a problem.

Kings Orchard was a great experience.The boat was clean and tidy and well maintained. The staff we're all cheerful and helpful and went above and beyond to make it a good experience for us - especially Emma who was exceptional. She showed us around the boat and then greeted us on our return.

Nothing was too much trouble. We had had to re-book as my husband was not well. The boat was beautifully presented and at the handover, all questions were answered and the trial run very helpful for winding.

Our plans had to change because of Covid and the team at Wrenbury Mill and at Head Office were brilliant, enabling us to change to a smaller boat with no notice, and getting it ready for us in record time. Our holiday was going pear-shaped because of Covid and the Wrenbury Mill team totally turned it round and set us off with smiles on our faces. We went on to have a brilliant week.
