Really pleased with the service, both online (booking) at when we collected and returned our boat. A lot of disruption due to covid and the team were amazing and flexible. The boat and holiday itself was fantastic, clean and everything on board we required. 10/10.

All procedures were done well and the narrowboat was well presented with everything working. The only criticism we have is that the lack of any guard around the rear of the boat was not very convenient

great holiday , everything well organised , even when there was a small problem with the boat the engineer helped over the phone to overcome it .

Had a really good time. Boat was well prepared with no faults and handover instructions for first timers very very effective. Was very windy which made handling "interesting". Wifi allowance ran out on first night and TV reception was very dodgy but this made us appreciate the country side ever more.

Very enjoyable short break on the Grand Union from Gayton after being relocated from Aldermaston as Kennet and Avon was closed.

Great service at Hilperton Marina. The boat was very clean and the service to get us away was exceptional, including a wonderful run through of the boat and its facilities

The staff In the office/reception were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The boat was beautiful and absolutely spotless, the staff cleaning and restocking do an amazing job. The Scottish Canals staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend to anyone.
