Fabulous holiday. Well organised and COVID friendly. The boat was immaculate and well resources. Friendly and helpful staff. We loved it! We had only one issue which was availability en route of pump out facilities as both Ely and Cambridge was out of order. Very poor.

Fantastic holiday. Went to Llangollen from Blackwater Meadow. Marina was ok (could do with the toilets being painted/updated). Boat was extremely clean. Only when we got down the canal did we realise that both TV's didn't work - nothing to do with the reception - more the connections to the aerial. Only wanted to watch the news on a evening so wasn't too bad. There was a small leak under one of the sinks. The WIFI password expired after 3 days even though we were supposed to have it for 5 days. Overall, i loved it though. I have booked again for next year already

We had so much fun. The boat was very clean and had more than we needed for our break. Good handover, great location for us. Will definitely use again

Great holiday, very warm. Small problems. Water in the engine bay, no monitor to see if we needed a pump out, some items not working. We all had a stomach bug by the end not sure what caused this. Scott was great in coming out after hours to attend the bilge problem.
