Great professional service, clear instruction given at reception, great handover and lock demonstration. Good camaraderie on return. Great boat, high quality, sleeps 6, there were four us and our spaniel Meg.

The collection and boat and facilities were great, but sadly the canal to Edinburgh was so full of weed it really put a dampener on the trip. The double bed was superb, but the two singles at the back (made into double) was probably the worst mattress I have ever tried to sleep on. The lock staff were excellent and very friendly. We'll be back again, but only if the weed issue is resolved. The Falkirk Wheel is simply amazing.

As always, the boat was clean and tidy, new charging points for USB and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was the water pump was very noisy and kept going off during the night. This may have been normal but we’ve never noticed it on other vessels.

A excellent service from everyone from Katie in the office done to the engineers and cleaners. I had to ring Katie a few times over some queries I had and she solved all them. It's the first time we have done a week, usually done a short break. We are even now looking for next year looking at another ring

Comfortable boat, well appointed and very clean. Relaxing holiday on the Union Canal and great assistance from the Scottish Canal employees.

The boat was great but the roof leaked in the rain. Alot of our things got very vet on the first day. Not sure what would have happened if it had rained during the night as it was above the sleeping space in the dinette.

This is the second time in two years that we have a boat from ABC Boat Hire. Everything from the initial enquiry to our final departure was superbly handled by the boat company and all their people are welcoming and helpful. We shall definitely hire from you again and recommend you to our friends.
