The boat was well maintained, clean and beautifully presented. From the beginning all staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We were very well looked after throughout, I hope to visit again and I would thoroughly recommend ABC to anyone, beginner or experienced.

Precis lagom storlek för att kunna hantera båten i smala passager i kanalen. Bra utrustade med allt som behövdes för en vecka för 4 personer. På grund av den kallare årstiden var batterikapaciteten inte så bra då vi inte kunna starta värmaren under natten.

Technical problems, boat would not start on any morning. Had to get the engineer involved. Batteries should have been replaced before handover to us. Fault with the toilet valve which ended up flooding out the rear cabin. All poor maintenance.

Thank you for your feedback. It is necessary for customers to run the engine for a minimum of 5 hours per day to ensure that the batteries are fully charged. We have a maintenance procedure between each hire and the toilets will have been checked and serviced. If the toilet has a blockage then the flush valve won't shut off and the toilet will continue to keep filling and overflow, which is what we believed happened in this case. Generally a good holiday although stoppages and the weather made in challenging

Any holiday on the cut is good, but, if the boat is not very good it can spoil things a bit. Unfortunately that was the case for us, the boat was disappointing with a few defects and problems. Having said that we still had a very good holiday.
