Boat handover was easy, ready slightly before time slot and was very clean and tidy.

ABC were first class in handling the impact of pandemic in refunding our original trip, and planning the second attempt. We started well on the boat but because of a sluice problem below Bath, the boat was grounded. ABC provided alternative accommodation and agreed the holiday should be curtailed, with a fair settlement offer. For no fault of ABC, our boating holiday has sadly not been possible in 2020 but we hope to be afloat in 2021 with ABC.

There were 3 ladies on my trip, we really enjoyed the experience, boat was clean on arrival and information about the boat and how too stear very good. The make up bed in seating area not very comfortable, wouldn't call it a double. Help on hand if you found yourself in trouble. On arrival woman on reception was very abrupt. This unnerved us a bit seeing it was a new experience for us all. She did mellow later.

We were told on handover that we may need to get a pump out during our trip. Indeed the 'red light' came on on the last day of the trip indicating pump out required. I feel that the boat was therefore not fully ready at handover

Staff very personable and helpful. Boat clean, as advertised and everything worked. I only gave the marina a good as the loos leave a lot to be desired.

Everything perfect but no automatic lighter for the hob. The tiller and rudder were not straight and a lot vibration through the tiller.

Efficient friendly handover at Marina and very good facilities on the boat.

Comfortable boat; well thought out design. Some niggles that need addressing: fridge was small and badly designed. Also Engine felt tired and old.
