A good boat and a beautiful canal in parts, some parts not so good, but we saw 3 Kingfishers which was brilliant. The stretch near Bath is outstanding

it was an adventurous holiday with some terrible weather. The number of moored boats made progress very slow. The Yellow Warbler is a very long narrow boat which needs particular care in locating turning places and in fitting into locks. I will forward the requst for comment and pictures to the friends we travelled with.

Can't fault the boat hire and experience. Very friendly staff who were very helpful in getting us going on our maiden voyage.

Great fun week exploring the Trent & Mersey and Macclesfield canals. The boat was very well equipped and easy to use once we got the hang of the steering, which didn’t take too long. The staff at the marina were brilliant helping us get underway and one of the guys helped us out of the marina and stayed on the boat until we confident to take control on our own.

The boat was showing signs of wear and had a number of issues - window leaked above rear bed, handle faulty on forward bathroom, light faulty in lounge area etc. As first time boaters, I feel we were not sufficiently briefed on navigation issues. We returned to the boatyard via the river Severn but were not warned that the river could be dangerous after heavy rainfall. Fortunately, we just made our return journey before the river was in full flow following heavy rain.

We had a lovely week, and it would have been 5 start apart from when we returned we were informed that head office would contact us about the fuel we used and any refund, we have chased this weekly since our return and have still heard nothing. The fuel must have been sorted on the 11th Sept so don't understand why no contact.

Great trip; lots of history to discover around the Weavers' Triangle. The Visitors' Centre is a must. Open 2-4pm Saturday & Sunday.

A lovely experience and very good service. It was our first time and all the instructions were very clear. The boat was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing that was not working properly was the wi-fi, everything else was 10/10.

All very efficient, contacted us day before, hand over very well organised despite the current difficulties - just the weather needed fixing it tipped it down from start to finish!!

A pump at the front of the boat continued through the night, the wifi code had expired, and we were left a ‘direct’ voicemail asking why we were not back by 9:30 at 9:37, we arrived back at 9:45 - all of which we found a little disappointing especially as we felt we paid top rate. All in all very good though, especially the prompt handover and relaxed instruction! And Would def consider a return

Excellent services on the boat, everything in good working order and really clean, esp important at moment with covid. All facilities were in good working order allowing us to self cater throughout the week.
