Any holiday on the cut is good, but, if the boat is not very good it can spoil things a bit. Unfortunately that was the case for us, the boat was disappointing with a few defects and problems. Having said that we still had a very good holiday.

I have hired many craft from abc, The viking boats as you know are not up to standard of your other boats. It would be good to have the extra electrics, points,microwave etc. The air vents in roof do leak with heavy rain due to the different design. We did have 2 wet beds on this trip.

All of our new build boats offer additional features and we do clearly show these extras in our brochure and online so that customers can make an informed decision when choosing their boat. The driving rain we have experienced over the last week will have tested any sky vent and we are sorry to hear that this resulted in wet beds. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

We had problems with the battery, but it was soon replaced once we phoned the fault. There was an awful smell in the front cabin at night

The staff are excellent - friendly and helpful. The boat was showing signs of age. All the facilities were there but a little tired.
