All fine - handling of our emergency was good and reassuring. We were very frustrated by the wi-fi when one had to register every time you connected to it ( name, email address and agree T&C's) such a nuisance and is enough to make us look elsewhere for our next boating holiday. Pity as otherwise we thought boat was great, your staff were great and the canal magical.

This was our third year and it was as great as always. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and happy to share tips and ideas as to what to do/see at and around the canal. The boat is always immaculately turned out and everything is working just fine. We will be coming back - most likely for many years.

thoroughly enjoyed the trip. the boat was fantastic (Sanderling wide berth) and although we had an issue with a water pump it was resolved over the phone until we reached the depot , that we would soon be passing. Pump changed and we were soon on our way. very helpful and polite staff.

Fantastic week long slow cruise on the Birmingham Canal Network to Dudley and the Black Country Museum. Free from locks on the Old Main line until Smethwick, no rushing and taking in the historic canal side manufactory buildings, sailing under the M5!

We had a brilliant holiday from Gailey and then up the Shropshire Union Canal to just short of Audlem, back to Autherley Junction and down to Wightwick, stopping to enjoy a food festival at Chillington Hall and visiting the NT property at Wightwick. The boat was clean, well equipped and the equivalent of a luxury camper. It was our second trip out of Gailey and everything worked out just right.
