It´s the third time I have a Gull. This time the top window was leaking when raining. Not good. I miss an instrument that show the frechwater and when the toilets soon is full. It´s often a couple of days between where I can fill water and empty the toilet.

Everyone was really friendly. The lady at the desk was very helpful. We couldnt decide which map we needed and so she let us take both until we could decide then we returned the one we didnt need. The man that showed us round our boat too.was really nice. He was making jokes with the kids so it was really nice experience. Thankyou so much.

On my way up to Whitchurch by train, I received a call to say that the boat we were booked on had a terminal fault and was out of service. We were offered two alternatives one of them was the Tawny Eagle, which meant we had to go to Ellesmere. Honestly, the level of professionalism and comfort in dealing with this was fantastic. Tawny Eagle was bigger than what we booked, very spacious, easy to handle. The taxi journey from Whitchurch to Ellesmere was covered and return was covered by them. We needed to find 10 hours extra sailing time over the week which we did with 6:30 and 7am starts meaning we avoided traffic. Ellesmere was lovely, especially the walk Black Water lake which we did on the last day. We truly made the most of the failure and we had an absolutely fantastic trip

Everything was perfect. Boat was very clean and well equipped. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We are now hooked and are looking to do this again next year.
