Our first Narrow boat experience was wonderful. Great service when we needed help. Passerby getting involved & he fell in the canal, luckily he got out ok but it will be a good Memory from our weekend

Thank you for the feedback! Passers by are always willing to help but without proper training it can go horribly wrong, best to accept help from the volunteer lock keepers instead! Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday on ABC Boat Gotric. Started well with a friendly handover from the staff and the boat was well presented and stocked. Many thanks the ease of service meant that that side of the holiday went almost un-noticed it was so professionally handled.

Fantastic customer service, boat spotlessly clean, tidy and very modern. Could not fault it! There were 8 of us on board, however, due to the size of the boat, we never felt squashed in. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to everyone!!!

We had a fab holiday on Little Bunting. Very clean boat with lovely little extras included. Would definitely holiday with this company again.

Well appointed and comfortable cabin area. Easy to drive and Judy had lots of lovely people who helped on those harder locks. The trip to Market Harborough was particularly pretty and allowed time for some side excursions. We recommend tying up at Blisworth for the last night. Great village and traditional cosy pub. Even a day standing on deck in teeming rain couldn’t dampen our enthusiasm for this wonderful experience.

A brilliant weekend with my friends. It was a bit daunting the thought of navigating a 70 ft barge, but we all had a go and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good training video recommend watching it before you arrive at the yard. Good technical handover and safety information and instruction in handling the barge. Will go again

Good clean boat with loads of cooking equipment and crockery/cutlery. Could do with a few more glasses. Handover was quick and efficient and problems (2 different ones this time) were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

It was a great, relaxing four days after 3 weeks of sight seeing. The boat was very well stocked! We did have a little trouble finding places wide enough to turn that long boat around! Loved going thru the Falkirk Wheel! The young man helping us thru the Wheel was so nice and polite!
