Our holiday was simply fantastic! We had great weather, a super crew and a very well-appointed and clean boat. We had a technical issue which meant we had to stop, but an engineer came out and within a couple of hours we were on our way again. Unfortunately, the information about how long it would take before the tanks would need to be emptied was wrong and on top of that we were sent away at two places were we should have been able to empty the tanks.

Everything was perfect! Easy booking on line, great discount as returning customer. Quick handover, boat clean and well laid out. And quick to return on the Monday morning, no drama.

We hired fro a week and went from Worcester to Stratford on Avon and back. Excellent boat, but engine hiccup on the last day.

The whole holiday experience was excellent from start to finish. Augmented by the Tesco Clubcard discount and the sublime late September weather we had a relaxing and chilled week on bard Wood Lark. The sights and sounds were beautiful.

The boat was clean & tidy, set up to our requirements, very well equipped. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We all had a memorable holiday, including the dogs!

Excellent boat and a very good and relaxed experience when collecting and returning the boat. The briefing by the Engineer was very clear but the other briefing by the admin staff should be reviewed because it was partly repetitive, sometimes conflicting and wrong on at least one matter.

The staff at Whitchurch were welcoming. The boat was ready earlier than the time given and considering it was near the end of the season the boat and its contents was in good shape.
