Very relaxed yet efficient approach to customers Did not make a fuss about slight damage that occurred to the boat during our trip .Very quick to re-fuel the boat and sort out refund when we returned despite there being a lot of boats back that morning. Regards, Bill Linnell

We have had many canal boat holidays but this boat is extremely tired. If the boat had been better we would have rated it with five stars for the following reasons, The front and rear ropes were too short with one actually frayed. The radio/CD player worked on the first day and from then all we had was crackling and hissing. To stop this we had to switch off in the battery cupboard. The cooker control buttons were very loose and kept falling off plus one was missing. The shelf in the oven was not stable and tipped forward when removing hot dishes from it. The mooring spikes were not found on the boat until mid week as not in the box with windless and hooks. The drinking water tap would not remain upright and took a long time to fill a glass. The light over the sink in one bathroom did not work. Toaster Crumb tray was missing.

The parking facilities at the boat yard were convenient and secure. All the staff were efficient and friendly. The boat was clean and well equipped if slightly dated. The only thing missing was the torch. This was our 8th canal boat holiday , the 2nd one with ABC BOAT HIRE. We can highly recommend ABC , a great company. Thanks from the Van Aken family. 🇬🇧🇾🇪

Check in process was very friendly and professional. The boat was well equipped and performed well. There were no surprises or disappointments on this holiday, apart perhaps from the weather!
