two primary items 1) I found the bedding did not smell fresh at all, like someone before me had been sweating a lot in bed. It actually kept me awake. 2) the internet as advertised did not work. I fully realize that this is cellular based and it will not work all the time, but it did not work for us while we spoke with other folks who also hired form the same company and on the same route were able access it most of the time. Also the TV never worked, although we did not expect it to, however it was advertised as a benefit.

Absolutely fabulous route from Aldermaston to Windsor, so much too see. Minor defects on boat, easily fixed but haven't been done. Kick plate on step loose, wooden trim under radiator loose, wooden curtain hold backs ends loose (still not done from last year.

The overall experience was very good a group of three couples we had a great time it was a shame though the quality of the mattresses were poor and very uncomfortable

Everyone was wondering I left the Libby’s on my car and the help I received from Paul and Jason at Whitchurch was absolutely amazing The 7 days we spent on the boat was the highlight of our 5week holiday to Europe Kind regards David Fagan

The collection was great, staff in office extremely helpful and friendly. The boat clean and very well equipped and we had a fantastic week. Returning the boat was chaotic. We were the third boat in that morning, however, almost the last ones to leave the marina. Perhaps staggering the times for return would be fairer. We had a long journey and needed to be home at a certain time and wanted to get on the road promptly and unfortunately left much later, therefore late for an appointment.

The staff at the boatyard were very helpful particularly as we had booked in the Leeds Liverpool canal originally! They helped us look at an alternative route as we were going to head to Chester and couldn't do that either. The boat was great, really clean and very well equipped we would not hesitate too book with you again.we had a great time .

Absolutely excellent service, attention to detail, excellent quality boat and full in depth tuition. Highly recommended and will book again next year. Staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble, service with a smile.
