Great service from all staff. Very friendly. Boat was as described and very comfortable. Great midweek break with plenty of places to stop at.

Absolutely super holiday, Ed was very helpful with useful tips about where to eat etc . The boat was spotless and everything you needed was supplied, loved the little pack with new washing up brush , cloths etc in it plus plenty of tea-towels which actually dried up properly , fantastic ! Would love to know where you buy them. Lovely matching bed linen- best canal boat holiday we have been on. Thank you

Arrival, boat handover and departure experience at Gayton was very good. No hassles over minor damage.

Easy to deal with at the booking stage, good communication leading up to the trip, smooth and thorough handover at the marina, available to speak with any time during the trip and then a smooth and firendly handover at the end. First rate throughout.

First time boaters, we received good instruction and all the features of the boat were explained, then we were good to go, we found the whole experience excellent and together with the choice of route we had a wonderful time.

Overall, very good value. Minor negatives; the polycotton sheets were 'knobbly' through use (needed replacing) and the wifi only worked at one place that we moored during the week.

Boat was good but a little old fashioned in layout biggest problem was the state of the canal which desperately needs dredging and foliage cutting back
