Excellent service at the boat yard. Very helpful receptionist and engineer. 12th trip and best laid out boat. Lots of cupboard space and best design of dinette bed we have ever had. Amazing weather and first trip ever without rain but afraid ABC boats can't take credit for the weather!!

At busy times, especially during the Summer holidays there may be some waiting time on collection of your boat for us to be able maintain our our high standards and a thorough clean and service between hires. the boat was filthy outside which meant we could not sit outside without having to clean it ourselves. it should have been just hosed over

It is disappointing to hear that the outside seating area of the boat hadn't been cleaned as this is part of the normal maintenance between hires. We hope you will be back for another holiday with us again soon.

As usual with ABC we had an excellent holiday. Reedley is a small marina and Lee was really accommodating, he gave us good advice and swift handover. when we had to ring him in the week ( lack of water in the canal) he was really helpful and rang back later in the day to make sure we were all ok - well done

What we expected - the only problem was the fridge door opened the wrong way making it difficult to access

Had an excellent holiday. The boat was comfortable and well-equipped and the canal was beautiful, possibly the loveliest I've travelled. The boatyard staff were friendly and helpful. When a fallen tree impeded our return to the boatyard, they were fine about us returning the boat late. The only downside was having to pump out one of the toilet tanks, which we shouldn't have had to do after just a few days- but it wasn't as bad as expected! I would recommend this trip to anyone.

A fantastic week we really enjoyed it and the boat was finished to a high standard. Would love to stay again at some point- a long way from NZ but worth it.

Great starting point to cruise the Ashby canal. Only one very shallow lock on route, so easy route for two people.
