Couldn’t fault the staff they made you feel at ease when going out on the boat for the first time. We had a fault with the boat phoned them Up and they come to fix it in no time. Would recommend abc to my friends and family

I most warm welcome and helpful service. One problem on the boat was dripping shower which would drip all the time filling the shower try.

Had a brilliant week travelling from Goytre Wharf to Brecon and back! Had videos and lots of information sent way before our holiday started which helped us first timers a lot with what to expect and how to do everything. Staff were great explaining everything we needed to do on board when we got there and then let us loose with our boat. It was well equipped and clean. Stunning scenery all the way and lovely pubs along the way too. Great fun and can't wait to do it again!

NB Astrid is beginning to show its age. The skylight vent is missing it’s stays, so was unusable. Although the throttle lever was usable, the handle was missing off the end. The floor in the rear cabin is getting rather “soft” and in danger of going through. The side seating in the front well is too narrow for comfort. Having said all that, we had a lovely holiday, and the weather was very kind to us.

A well laid out boat, comfortable and well equipped. Steering was often difficult - little response at low revs or in shallow water (I know that is always the case but it was much worse than usual on Fredrick . Drop down seat/bed in dinette was far too low to sit and eat from the table. Reception/service excellent

In general, t was a perfect holyday, only during the last two days, there was an unplasent smell in the rear of the boat (toilet?)
