Nice boats and a good location. Unfortunately let down by battery problems meaning not only was our boat quite cold and damp overnight but we also lost quite a few hours one morning meaning we didn't get as far as we had wanted to.

I was impressed with the friendly welcome and pretty much received what we were promised which is rare. My only negative would be the need for an improved WiFi and tv reception, however I do understand the issues, hence why I’ve not marked it down. The only other thing that would be handy is a simple printed route guide and realistic recommended stops, without the need to buy a book, when really what bridge for what pub or town is all that’s required.

A superb holiday/stag do. The whole experience was enjoyable and simple despite this being our first ever canal boat holiday. We passed through a staggering 72 locks in 4 days! ABC Boathire was great and will definitely use them again.👍

What an amazing Company ! Every member of staff we have dealt with has been so kind and helpful, from the lady who shared her really helpful blog with us (we were nervous first time boaters) to the lady and engineer at Gailey who nothing was too much trouble for. Thank you for making our family boating holiday a massive success, we are so grateful.
