Good app lots of information. Good handover from house keeping and technical. Looked after well on return by refuelling crew and mooring up.

We thought the boat and service from ABC was excellent. We were however very disappointed by the canal traffic /endless houseboats, which made passing other moving boats very difficult. It was also very difficult to moor at the places we wanted to stop at .

Boat had no heating toilet door didn’t lock radio didn’t work We had a little rain so to have heating would have been good.

Our 6th holiday with ABC and once again, fantastic staff, amazing boat and a brilliant holiday. Would highly recommend. Boat was well stocked and very clean when we started our problem. Had an issue with WiFi whilst away but this was resolved in a few hours and the team were apologetic - not an issue for us at all. Staff at Marina were very good and provided useful information to help us on our way.
