Clean, modern and very good layout (for 6 people). We should have limited the flushes for the toilet! The red light came on after 5 days! Our fault!

Nice, clean boat . Very good layout, with Wi-Fi. Free gifts (olive oil bottles). Nice introduction, not too long-winded (as we are an experienced crew). Friendly staff.

It was OK bit tight but expected. We are experienced boaters but listened to good advice & information provided.

Bit less contempt for customers. Took 2 days before they changed clearly duff batteries. Not enough power, fridge defrosting. Accused us of not running engine long enough. Which was utter nonsense. Toilet filled up far to quickly. Again tried to make us feel guilty, hoping we wouldn't claim pump out back. Having said that it was made clear to us that all the staff didn't have the same attitude.

Great team at Gailey Wharf. Very relaxed and friendly lot. Plenty of time to load the boat and listen to the briefing before Dave our engineer showed us around the boat and how things worked. After being shown daily engine checks Dave took us through the first lock and we were on our way.

Online booking was a breeze. The website had a massive amount of information available both before and after booking. Once booked you can download their app which has additional information such as maps of your intended cruise which actually shows you where you are on the canal system. Communication after booking was great. We picked our boat up from Gailey Wharf and the team there were very helpful, everything was at a relaxed pace and the handover was seamless. Everything onboard worked as it should and the boat was spotless. You are given a detailed but simple manual with all the information needed to operate the boat.
