From booking to pick up and return was excellent. So efficiently run, and such friendly staff. The narrow boat was superb and every detail was first class. I would like to thank the cleaning staff for presenting us with a spotless boat on pick up.. Also James for such great tips on our tuition before departure. I cannot praise ABC boat hire enough. If you are considering a narrow boat holiday. Book with ABC boat hire. You will mot be disappointed. We are already looking to book our next holiday with ABC boat hire in the coming weeks.

Booking was easy, the information sent regarding of where it was possible to go was top notch, the staff at reception were very knowledgeable and helpful. The set crew were professional showing us how everything works. All in all, you were looked after at the start and finish of the holiday. There were also issues on the canal and the ABC crew were extremely helpful throughout

Good professional service from beginning to end, with good communication throughout. Our boat was very clean & well equipped, with an onboard folder with all relevant information needed. Would definitely use ABC boat hire again.

Everything was spot on, we did feel that after the information chat and loading the boat we didn't leave until 4pm which didn't give much time that day for cruising, to then have to return the boat by 9 and be off by 9.30 . Perhaps the informative chat could be earlier so that departure could be 2.30?

Great holiday, lovely boat! Big and slow to steer, but we had a fabulous time nonetheless.

Their service was excellent at all times - always friendly, responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear and helpful. The boat was huge and very comfortable to stay in. We had a wonderful holiday, despite the freezing rain, and we'll definitely do another ABC Boat Hire holiday again in the future.
