I have used ABC for the last four years. This was the best handover yet. The boat was made available 2.1/2 hours early. Myra was friendly in the office and George who did the handover treated me as if I knew what I was doing. (Which I did)

Easy to book, clear handover, lovely staff in Reception, great boat. We would have appreciated an e mail before the trip stating where locks were closed as this impacted our planned route to Stratford and we had very little time on the pick up day to re plan.

Edinburgh and Glasgow were both new. Scottish Canal staff were friendly. I'm not used to having someone else do the locks and bridges, which provides the only fault with the trip, that we had to keep to a strict timetable after booking our passage

As first time renters and visitors to the UK, found the website so helpful with suggested routes for number of days renting, layout of boat, amenities etc. Boating and safety info very appreciated. Appropriate tutorial before setting us free.

Slightly disappointed when we arrived at the marina , everything was confusing booking in and boarding the boat , we had to struggle with our bags across 2 other boats as ours was the 3rd one ******* in a line of 3

Very clean. Easy to handle. Wide Single Beds are unique to ABC. Simple and quick to convert dinette to double bed. Lots of storage space.

Such a great experience. Very efficient. Good level of boat tuition for all our group. And the boat itself was perfect

Boat had an ant problem which were noticeable around the dining area , we could not use the tv the whole duration of the trip due to poor signal, and the water pump kept making noises during the night when no water was being used
