Thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologise that your holiday was cut short due a stoppage on the canal. The Canal and River trust do try there upmost to maintain the UK Waterways as best as possible but there can be some unforeseen issues that are out of our control. We are pleased your enjoyed the time you had with us and we hope to see you again soon :)

Office staff were very helpful and flexible. Boat was in good condition with good facilities and great central heating. Beds very comfortable and good design to maximise sleeping space:)

The booking staff were helpful and excellent. On arrival everything was ready for us. Anything that needed an explanation was given. The boat induction (Thanks Simon) was excellent and thorough as was the boat folder. The boat was in excellent condition, fully specced and fully prepared. It was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The return debrief was also very thorough. Very happy again.

From booking to pick up and return was excellent. So efficiently run, and such friendly staff. The narrow boat was superb and every detail was first class. I would like to thank the cleaning staff for presenting us with a spotless boat on pick up.. Also James for such great tips on our tuition before departure. I cannot praise ABC boat hire enough. If you are considering a narrow boat holiday. Book with ABC boat hire. You will mot be disappointed. We are already looking to book our next holiday with ABC boat hire in the coming weeks.

Booking was easy, the information sent regarding of where it was possible to go was top notch, the staff at reception were very knowledgeable and helpful. The set crew were professional showing us how everything works. All in all, you were looked after at the start and finish of the holiday. There were also issues on the canal and the ABC crew were extremely helpful throughout
