Everybody at the Gailey Marina was very helpful and took their time to make sure we'll have a great holiday. Their tips and tricks helped us to finalize our route and mooring options. Everything on the boat was explained and demonstrated to us very well. Moving in and setting of was quick and easy. Booking, payment and paperwork was really easy.

Excellently prepared and presented boat (Savi's Warbler), great handover and tuition, with just the right level of information. Quick and effective response to a minor issue during the hire. Amazing experience discovering Staffordshire and Shropshire from a whole new perspective - would highly recommend to all!

The American Black Swift was perfect for our three weeks. The service and attention we got at the marina in Ellesmere was outstanding. When a small problem arose it was taken care of very quickly by the ABC staff at Wrenbury Marina.

The booking process via Cherry at ABC was excellent and very smooth and straightforward. Arrangements through Aldermaston Wharf prior to and during the holiday were fine if a little less proactive and organised.

In principle the staff were helpful, pleasant and obliging. However, the staff were not easy to contact by telephone in case of difficulty during the trip.

The trip was not the relaxing, comfortable holiday we hoped for. The hire of the boat and the service was excellent; the trip itself was disappointing, to say the least.

The service from Anderton Boats was first rate, couldn’t fault it. The boat itself was clean and well equipped but it was not comfortable! There was nowhere to sit and relax in comfort. Outside seating was hard, with nowhere to lean back on; inside only had one seat with a comfortable back rest.
