Compared with previous trips on canals, boating on rivers and in ditches is very different. No moorings, no views, no tow path, minimal wildlife. Ducks had no ducklings, hardly a dragon fly to be seen. Smelly in places.

yes I would recommend them all ready books for next year 3rd time with them anderton staff excellent friendly professional ALL OF THEM boat clean well stockt young lady that did handover left nothing out answerd all my questions very verey professional credit to abc as is all andirons staff both myself and my partner anne would have no problem recommending abc boats and anderton marina ALLthe state a credit to the company 10 /10 anderton

We had an excellent stay on board the Black woodpecker . It was equipped with everything we needed for the eight of us on board. Very clean too. Would definitely book again with ABC boat hire.

Not the newest boat on the canal but easy to handle and has everything you need on board. Was very clean. All instructions given were easy to follow. Felt confident.

Excellent all round with one exception, a very smelly in-fill cushion for the dinette. It must have been used by a wet dog in the past. Hopefully this has been addressed as we left this feedback at the boat.

There was nothing they could have done to change this , but I had no idea that it would not be the easiest thing to do to make the third bed up .. I would have had bigger boat if one had been available ..
