It was a Brilliant experience,lovely staff,,great scenery and wildlife and a great experience with young canoeists on the canal. Waved and spoke to lots of lovely people on both outward and return journey.

We thought the handover with Allan was brilliant.He was very thourgh, patient with our many questions and a very nice man installing confidence in us all that we would be fine and we were. Alll emails and physical contact with staff with regard to our holiday was really good with great friendly and straight forward information. All loch keepers were really helpful and mostly gave clear concise instruction. only one blip when returning to Falkirk Wheel but it was managed. Falkirk wheel is amazing. Good canal side cafe and pub as well as supermarket. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip just a bit expensive for a few days but a wonderful experience.

The narrow boat we hired was the best we have hired yet. Clean, new and had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend away.

Friendly enough staff, cleaners need more training as we discovered a used doggy bag under one seat. Not what you want to see setting off.

The introduction or the route briefing can be more details as I am the first time doing narrow boat. The flat battery also a small issue.

I think the overall experience is good, the ship is nice and very clean and new! The check in process is good but if they could give more hint would even better. The little problem is the battery as we got a flat battery for both morning (cannot start the engine), it take us some time to wait and some appliances cannot be used. But the staff and customer service try to response shortly to our boat, although I have ringed both the office and also emergency phone have no one response. I need to use online chat to find someone to divert me to them. (lucky I have phone network there)
