Very helpful even out of hours and at all locations of theirs that we visited. The boat was well equipped for our needs, in fact the only one we could find across many hire companies that could cater for our needs.

An den Einkauf in der Werft kann ich mich nicht genau erinnern. Den Fudge haben wir noch nicht gegessen. Was immer es war, es hat uns (Familie) vom Anblick her zugesagt, darum wir es gekauft. Auch als Haushüte-Geschenk eignen sich einige Sachen bestens.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Boot bei ABC Boat Hire buchen. Die Abwicklung des Vertrages verlief per Telefon zügig und problemlos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. - Da wo wir das Boot abholten, waren die Leute freundlich, die Einführung in die Gepflogenheiten auf dem Kanal und das Bedienen der Schleusen war anschaulich und einleuchtend.

We have been on numerous ABC holidays but Springwood Haven Marina was the best we have been to. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the handover very informative and the boat in perfect condition. The routes from this marina were beautiful, with very rural countryside and uncrowded canals. Highly recommended. We will be back!

The boat was spotless and really well equipped. Bed made up and everything ready to go. Very thorough but easy instructions to handle the locks and general boating. The staff are so friendly and easy going

We had an excellent boat, very well equipped and very clean and tidy. The handover was thorough and helpful. However: - the TV didn't work [the Ariel is very old and inadequate] and - the radio/CD was very complicated, badly positioned [low down and hard to see the controls, with tiny buttons and no instructions. These are the only complaints; this seems to be an excellent company that, with a little attention to detail, as stated above, could be even better! We would hire from ABC again.

Lovely scenic trip from Wrenbury to Llangollen which was great even though the weather was changeable. Lovely boat with all you need for a week. We were very happy.

As a first time canal boat hirer we had fears about our holiday experience but the service at Wrenbury Mill was excellent. Very friendly staff who showed us around the boat and put our minds at ease, making sure we were happy before we started and happy when we ended our holiday.
