Friendly and helpful staff got us off to an easy and fun start. Even though it was our 4th canal boat experience, after 5 years it was nice to have help for the first mile or so.

Lovely service from the start of our holiday until leaving. The boat was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. We would certainly come back! We loved the layout of the boat with the galley towards the rear.

The trip began with boarding onto an immaculate boat, & presented in fashionable style! Everything you could need for our 1 week trip was available. There isn't a lot of storage space of course, so be prepared to pack lightly..no huge suitcases! There is a lot of instruction before starting off....too much to really retain but there is a manual for help. (Which is why a rating of only 4 of 5 was given). However, perhaps summary cards for the the important procedures in the morning and evening would be helpful. Although wi-fi is included, there are very few places with signal, So just be prepared to relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery, amazing views and listen to the various bird songs. Have fun working the draw bridges and locks. And if you run into any little problems, there are usually always friendly people around to lend a hand!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! If we had questions, they did their best to answer. If we had a problem, they were right there with a solution. The boat was comfortable and easy, but it was the people who did it for us... all of them, though we must give an especial shout out to the lock volunteers. The Falkirk staff is truly amazing and exemplary group of humans and I'd go with them again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful surround, a good mix of country and city can be found on this trip. Not too crowded in early May.

The boat was clean, the handover was efficient and friendly, the boat as fully kitted out for all our needs. The company and staff ere really easy to deal with and they gave us lots of valuable advice
