The boat and its layout suited our family of 6 adults and 2 children very well. The boat needed an early toilet pump out which was dealt with at the next boatyard. The staff at Wrenbury Mill were very friendly & helpful

Booking procedure very straightforward; phone-calls always answered promptly and staff both on phone and at marina unfailingly friendly and eager to help. Boat always in immaculate condition and very well-equipped. Handover process thorough and comprehensive but never intimidating.

An overall positive experience from the booking , all the way through hand over at the end of our trip. Just one small issue about the cleanliness of the seating area that converted to a double bed. I also found a half eaten dog biscuit in the storage area when I was taking out the extra cushion.

The boat was in excellent condition, clean and stocked with essentials. The young lady in Hilperton reception dealing with the paperwork and mandatory lock video could not have been more helpful and gave good advice on the route. We got there early (not much traffic) so dealt with the booking in, handover and loading kit on board at a leisurely pace but had to wait over an hour and quarter for the tech handover - possibly a problem with a bank holiday pickup but did not help with getting to our planned night mooring. Return, we arrived just after 09:00 for a 09:30 return but it was manic, partly because so many boats were going out that Friday. Just make sure you are fully packed and ready to go as there is no time to waste on arrival. All in all a good short break and I would have no hesitation in recommending ABC and would definitely use them again. Great helpful staff.

Soime nasty weirs on the Kennet River section. Luckily we were a highly experienced crew.
